David’s bio
David has worked with teens, young adults, and their families for over 30 years, and has been a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #38744) since 2004. He helps young people navigate tough seasons, build resilience, and develop confidence in who they are becoming. His approach blends CBT, Experiential Therapy, Integral Psychology, and coaching, offering practical tools in a supportive, down-to-earth relationship. David creates a space where young people feel understood, challenged in healthy ways, and encouraged to move forward with clarity and purpose.
